Returns & Warranty Policy

12 Month Warranty Policy

All items sold on our website are covered by a twelve month return-to-base warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated.

A return-to-base warranty means that, should you wish to return an item to our workshop for direct technical inspection and/or repair, this must be done at your own cost.

If the fault is found to be connected to a manufacturing defect that could not have been resolved via remote assistance, we will repair or replace the item as necessary and return to you free of charge.

If, however, the fault is found to be user error or could have been resolved via remote assistance, we reserve the right to charge for labour and return costs as necessary.

In order to ensure that your problem is dealt with as efficiently as possible, please provide as much information as you can, including photographs where relevant.

Spare parts required due to misuse or damage will be charged.

Returns Policy

Faulty or Damaged on Delivery Returns

In the event of an item being faulty or damaged when delivered we aim to repair the product by sending replacement parts out to the customers address as soon as possible.

Any damages or missing parts should be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

If the item develop faults within 28 days of recieving, we will undertake the carriage costs incurred to get the item back to our warehouse for repair or replacment.

After this period the customer will be liable to send the item back to our warehouse for repair or replacement.

There will also be customer's responsibility to package the item back to either in its original packaging or adequate packaging.

We will aim to get the item repaired and back to you within 14 working days and if this does not happen we will replace the item.

Where a replacement is not available a full refund will be offered at the manager’s discretion. 

If the customer would opt to have a refund without replacement or repair then it is a customer's responsibility to send the item back to our warehouse. 

Where an item is faulty we would advise customers to phone us directly so our technicians can guide them through some simple troubleshooting steps.

When returning items can you please enclose a covering letter stating your full details including order number, a daytime contact number and the reason for return.

Change of Mind Returns

Please note if you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be required to pay the shipping cost to return the item if there is nothing faulty or wrong with the item.

It will also be the customer's responsibility to package the item for return it's original packaging or adequate packaging.

Exchanges

We can exchange the item for another one as long as it is within 28 days of the item's arrival, and as long as the original item is returned in its original packaging.

The customer will be expected to pay returns shipping costs if the item is not faulty or damaged.

If the item is faulty or damaged then the item is covered under the 12 month warranty.
